Creative Counselling
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a collaborative process where we work together to explore your concerns, identify your goals, and develop strategies to help you move forward.
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a form of expressive therapy that empowers the individual, while providing a platform to bring concerns that live in the shadows in fear of being ridiculed or made to feel unheard, into the light. The process promotes expression, imagination, and mind and body connection to assist an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Both counselling and Art Therapy are client-centred approaches where you decide where your story begins, as new adventures are created.
The power of imagery and creative exploration allows direct access to the limbic nervous system, being the part of our brain responsible for emotions, memories, motivation and behaviours.
