A Day in the life of Honey

Dear Diary,

A little bird told me that humans have

to stay inside. As I view how cold it

is outside my tail cannot stop wagging

from joy that I am home in

the warmth inside with my Ma and Pa.

Let me share my day at home:

I wake up as I hear voices and cars outside. Woof, woof, woof,

growl. Grrrrrrrr.

Wake up Ma and Pa and have breakfast, a yummy kangaroo snack.

Chase my tail, do a wee and a poo and go for a walk, not in that order!

Saw some humans with muzzles – they must bite. Not me please.

Played outside and chased a butterfly, came back in and went to sleep.

I bark at the postie and anything that moves outside then sleep.

Watched a Movie with Ma and Pa and eat some popcorn, then sleep.

Have dinner… Chicken, rice and vegies.

Play and sleep some more.

Bed time.. I’m pooped! Night, night.

I don’t know what all the fuss is about in being indoors!
